Mobile release status

The native shell is build-ready. Signed apps are not public yet.

Mission 365 now uses an HTTPS-only Capacitor shell around the live production application instead of the obsolete static-export assumption. Public download links remain disabled until Apple and Google signing, store-account distribution, and final native verification are complete.
